Aquaflor/Aquafen

Key Benefits:

Aquaflor* (florfenicol) 50% Premix is a broad-spectrum antibacterial with activity against a wide range of susceptible gram- positive and gram- negative pathogens of fish. The product is intended for administration in fish feed.

  • Contains unique, broad-spectrum antibacterial florfenicol, with proven effectiveness against economically important fish pathogens, including multiple antibiotic resistant organisms.
  • Aquaflor*  has an excellent safety profile and may be use at any stage of production from fingerling to market-weight fish.
  • Aquaflor* is extremely palatable, which ensures rapid ingestion of the therapeutic dose for rapid onset of therapeutic activity and limits wasted feed.
  • Short withdrawal period. Fish treated with Aquaflor* may be harvested after a short withdrawal period following the end of treatment.
  • Easy and effective. Aquaflor* is available in convenient foil pouches and is easy to mix and administer in feed for ongrowing to market weight fish.
