AquaVac* Furovac 5 Oral
Description: Oral, inactivated Aeromonas salmonicida vaccine for the prevention of furunculosis.
Formulation: Inactivated cultures of Aeromonas salmonicida expressing IROMP antigens contained within patented Antigen Protection Vehicle (APV). Target Species: Salmonids

- Addition of AquaVac* Ergosan* immunomodulator is also recommended as an ingredient in the diet during vaccination. It is incorporated at 0.2% - 0.5% of the diet during the full course of vaccination.
- Reliable Antigen Protection Vehicle protects vaccine antigen through the stomach and presents antigen to the hindgut for optimum immune response.
Label Indications: This product is recommended for the prevention of furunculosis, caused by Aeromonas salmonicida in healthy fish of 5g and larger. Dosage and Administration
Oral - Vaccination Method
Primary Vaccination: 0.2ml per fish
Booster Vaccination: 0.1ml per fish. The dose should be fed continuously over 10 days.
Preparation of vaccine-coated feed pellets: Bring the vaccine to room temperature (20C) for 1 hour before use to allow the vaccine to become more liquid. If any separation occurs, shake the bottle vigorously until the separated layers are completely dispersed. Turn the feed pellets in a mixer, e.g. a concrete mixer, and slowly pour or spray the vaccine directly onto the pellets. If a sprayer is used, it should be set to deliver a coarse spray without risk of aerosol particle generation and the spray container must be completely emptied during the mixing operation. Mix the pellets for at least 2 minutes after all the vaccine has been added. Keep the prepared feed for 1 hour before feeding, to allow the vaccine to impregnate the pellets completely.

Storage Conditions: Store at 2oC to 8oC. Do not freeze. Protect from light. Use entire contents when first opened.
Precautions:
Minimum fish size: 5 g. The shelf-life of sprayed fish pellets is 28 days. Target Diseases
